Micro-Factory & Overseas Production:

  • Oversee and coordinate production activities at Noho Home’s micro-factory in Hawaii, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with local artisans and factory teams to maintain high-quality standards and integrate Hawaiian cultural elements into product design.
  • Manage relationships with overseas production partners, ensuring that all products meet Noho Home’s standards for quality, sustainability, and ethical practices.
  • Balance production schedules and logistics between the micro-factory and overseas facilities to optimize cost, lead times, and product quality.

Supply Chain & Logistics:

  • Oversee supply chain operations from sourcing raw materials to final product delivery, with a focus on sustainability and efficiency.
  • Implement supply chain software solutions to optimize production, inventory management, and logistics operations across multiple locations.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, and logistics teams to ensure seamless communication and on-time delivery of products.

Technical Design & Digital Tools:

  • Utilize digital tools for pattern making, fitting, and design, ensuring products meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), 3D rendering software, and digital printing tools for product visualization and color management.
  • Leverage PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and ERP systems for product development tracking and supply chain management.
  • Apply color management tools (e.g., Datacolor, X-Rite) for precise color matching, especially in digital printing applications.

Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute DTC strategies that drive brand awareness and sales growth.
  • Provide design insights and content for DTC campaigns, ensuring visual and brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Analyze consumer feedback and market trends to refine product offerings and enhance the customer experience.

Collaboration & Strategy:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, e-commerce, and production, to ensure cohesive product launches and promotions.
  • Contribute to overall brand strategy, providing insights on product positioning, market entry, and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in design, product development, and supply chain management, with a focus on home decor and fashion.
  • Experience working in both domestic (micro-factory) and international (overseas) production environments.
  • Proficiency in digital pattern making, fitting, 3D rendering software, and digital printing color management.
  • Strong background in Adobe Creative Suite, PLM software, ERP systems, and color management tools.

  • Strong knowledge of sustainable practices in design, supply chain operations, and digital printing.
  • Experience managing production across both small-scale (micro-factory) and large-scale (overseas) environments.

Why Join Us?
