Door-to-Door Sales Representative – ADT Authorized Dealer

Key Responsibilities

• Canvass residential areas in the Los Angeles region to generate new leads and sales
• Present and promote ADT security systems, educating potential customers on the benefits and features of the systems
• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and recommend the best security solutions
• Close sales and complete necessary paperwork, including contracts and agreements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent post-sale service
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
• Attend regular sales training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on products and sales techniques

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in door-to-door sales, direct sales, or a related field is preferred. Experience selling home security systems is a plus.
• Understanding of ADT products, security systems, and home automation technology is highly desirable. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or a degree is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Persuasive and confident with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Goal-oriented and results-driven
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and face-to-face sales interactions
• Basic technical understanding of security systems is a plus

Compensation

Commission Only:This is a 100% commission-based role with unlimited earning potential. Top performers can earn significant income based on sales performance.
